Common questions
Can my windscreen be repaired, or does it need replacing?
Small chips and short cracks can usually be repaired with resin, which keeps the original factory seal. If the damage is larger than a coin, longer than a banknote, right at the edge of the glass or in the driver’s line of sight, replacement is the safer option. Send a photo through the quote form and Indi will tell you which it is.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Budget Auto Glass is a mobile service across the Gold Coast, Logan and South Brisbane. The team brings the glass, tools and resin to your home, workplace or wherever the car is parked.
Which makes and models do you work on?
Toyota, Mazda, Kia, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Ford, MG, Subaru, Volkswagen, Holden, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Honda, Isuzu, Jeep and Great Wall, plus most other makes on Australian roads. Light trucks and vans too.
What glass do you use?
Quality glass that meets Australian safety standards, matched to your vehicle, and clear resin for chip and crack repairs. Replacement glass is bonded with the correct urethane so the windscreen does its structural job in a crash.
Makes we work on
Glass matched to the make, model and year, including the cameras and sensors on newer cars. These are the makes with their own page; most others are covered too.
